The the Student Ice Skating and Speed Skating Association Lacustris was founded in 1993. With more than 100 members and skating levels from beginners to experienced riders, there is room for everyone. Participating in competitions is also possible for every level, but is not an obligation for the association. Our home skating ring is the Triavium in Nijmegen Dukenburg. Lacustris has an extremely diverse training offering. In addition to regular iceskating training, there is the option of marathon iceskating training and core stability training. Core stability training continues in the summer, but iceskating makes way for speed skating, running and cycling. In addition to the training courses, Lacustris organizes numerous activities. A monthly drink in Café Maxim, training camps to The Netherlands and a trip abroad (Collalbo, Erfurt, Zakopane, Inzell), the barbecues, parties, intensive trainings and much more. If you are interested or have any questions, you can always contact the board at [email protected]. Training one time, completely without obligation, is always possible and no problem at all. Contact the board via [email protected]. If you would like to train with us, it is possible to borrow skates or inline skates. Take a look around the site for more information about training, competitions and activities.
